Pilates and Core Strength

Pilates and core strength is one of the most important aspects of physical health. We activate and strengthen it through a series of mat exercises and floor stretches.  Core strength exercises are part of our Pilates classes as well as specialized classes such as Essential Core for Seniors 65+.

Each class is tailored to specialized populations.
